Audi Brussels needed a way to create a consistent yet locally adaptable digital showroom experience across a global retail network with different languages, currencies, and dealer requirements. Using Scala-powered digital signage, the company sought to make the pre-sale process more engaging while proving the system would add value for dealers’ businesses.
Scala helped implement Audi’s digital showroom with four content channels: branded TV screens, presentation displays, dealer-specific information units, and an interactive configurator. The solution enabled centrally produced content to be distributed through a portal with local customization, reaching more than 600 retail showrooms in over 70 countries. The result was a scalable, on-brand communication system that saved time and operating costs by producing multilingual content once and deploying it worldwide.
