A Scala Case Study
Audi Brussels wanted to make factory tours more engaging and informative while safely showcasing parts of production areas that visitors could not enter. The company partnered with Scala and used Scala Digital Signage with 46" IDS screens to add visual storytelling across six locations in the factory tour.
Scala’s solution gave guides dynamic content control and helped complete the visitor experience with short films and interactive visuals. The result was very positive visitor feedback, strong word of mouth, and more than 10,000 factory tour visitors in the first six months of the year, surpassing Audi Brussels’ annual target of 12,000 with virtually no marketing.
