RAI Amsterdam, one of Europe’s largest event and conference venues, needed a better way to guide visitors and exhibitors through its 11 halls, 25 meeting rooms, and constantly changing event spaces. After years of relying on costly paper posters, RAI Amsterdam worked with Scala and QYN to create a venue-wide digital way-finding and messaging network for 800 screens.

Scala helped power the rollout of RAI Live!, a centrally managed digital signage system delivering tailored way-finding, event updates, and commercial content across the venue. The solution improved navigation accuracy, enabled real-time updates and targeted messaging, supported compliance and emergency communications, reduced reliance on paper, and created new advertising revenue opportunities, helping RAI Amsterdam cut operational costs and strengthen its green and innovative brand image.
