Scala implemented centrally managed digital screens using Scala Designer and Scala Enterprise Content Manager, with dynamic content showing fresh food imagery, deals, and meal combinations. The solution was rolled out to 210 stores in the first phase and helped drive a 200% increase in hot food sales, delivering immediate ROI and paving the way for expansion to 500 locations.
