The customer, Enterprise Products, required the construction of a large-scale cryogenic gas processing plant. S&B was brought in to provide integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for this complex grassroots facility after taking over the project from another contractor late in the detailed design phase.
S&B successfully executed the EPC project, which included transporting super-heavy equipment and building a 750-MMSCFD plant with numerous processing units. Despite the project's late-stage transition, S&B delivered the facility with the highest quality, on time and on budget. This ensured Enterprise Products received a complete, turnkey cryogenic gas processing plant that met all their operational requirements.
