Enterprise Products builds the largest U.S. ethane export terminal with S&B

Enterprise Products required the construction of a new, highly-capable ethane export terminal. The engineering, procurement, and construction firm S&B was selected to provide integrated EPC services for this greenfield project.

S&B delivered a complete solution that included a demethanizer column, refrigeration facilities, and loading docks, resulting in the largest ethane export terminal in the US at the time with a loading rate of approximately 10,000 barrels per hour. The success of this project was part of a larger pattern, as S&B has played a leading role in all three major ethane export terminals in the United States.
