A Sayge Case Study
Leading Multinational Company partnered with Sayge to address a common leadership challenge: people managers lacked confidence and coaching skills while balancing individual contributor work with new management responsibilities. The company wanted a better way to develop managers beyond one-off executive coaching and create a stronger leadership foundation across a growing organization.
To meet this need, Sayge implemented an ongoing, democratized one-on-one coaching program for employees with at least one direct report. The program helped managers build confidence, learn coaching fundamentals, and bring those skills back to their teams. After just three months, the Sayge group saw a 5-point increase in employee engagement, with scores of 82% versus 77%, plus higher scores on 16 of 20 survey factors and improved results on key retention and development statements.
