Case Study: Wienerberger achieves centralized identity control and faster provisioning with Saviynt

A Saviynt Case Study

Preview of the Wienerberger Case Study

Saviynt delivered a comprehensive identity access and management solution for Wienerberger’s 17,000 employees, replacing overlapping systems with a single integrated approach

Wienerberger, a global building‑materials leader with 201 production sites and more than 17,000 employees, was hindered by fragmented legacy IGA systems that created manual processes, ad hoc visibility into segregation‑of‑duties conflicts and privileged access, and bottlenecks for digital transformation. To modernize identity and access management, Wienerberger engaged Saviynt to replace overlapping tools with a single integrated Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

Saviynt implemented its IGA solution to automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, centralize SoD and privileged‑access monitoring (including SAP), introduce self‑service access requests, and provide an integrated audit cockpit. As a result, Wienerberger achieved faster go‑live after POC, centralized control over joiner/mover/leaver processes for its 17,000 employees, reduced help‑desk workload, improved compliance and audit readiness, and a scalable foundation to onboard additional applications and continue its digital transformation.
