A Saviynt Case Study

One Technology, One Vision Adecco Unifies Access Management Across Regions

The Adecco Group, a Zurich‑based Fortune Global 500 staffing company with 33,000 employees across 100 branches in 60 countries, faced fragmented, localized access management across a multi‑domain Windows environment and multiple security tools. To standardize and automate identity lifecycle processes, migrate legacy data, strengthen compliance, and enable automated provisioning in Active Directory, The Adecco Group engaged Saviynt to deliver an enterprise IGA solution.

Saviynt implemented a phased rollout using its out‑of‑the‑box connectors, onboarding small user cohorts and integrating four “crown jewel” applications across cloud and on‑prem environments to create one centralized IGA platform. The deployment automated access reviews and provisioning, delivered SSO and role‑based access, integrated global PAM and ITSM workflows, and enabled real‑time abnormal access detection to the Adecco GSOC. As a result, The Adecco Group consolidated identities, reduced excessive account access, and scaled from hundreds to roughly 10,000 managed users globally, with expanded application onboarding planned.
