A Saviynt Case Study

Preview of the Major US Clothing Retailer Case Study

American Retail Giant Replaces OIM With #1 Identity Cloud Platform

Major US Clothing Retailer, one of the nation’s largest off‑price retail chains with roughly $18B in annual revenue, needed to modernize its legacy on‑prem identity system (Oracle Identity Manager) to meet strict risk, compliance, and hybrid‑environment needs across corporate offices, stores, contractors, and third‑party vendors. The retailer selected Saviynt and its Enterprise Identity Cloud (Saviynt IGA) to replace the costly, cumbersome legacy platform and support a converged cloud identity strategy.

Saviynt implemented a converged cloud identity solution that integrated 70 applications, secured approximately 57,000 identities, and automated tens of thousands of joiner‑mover‑leaver (JML) tasks—47,000 in the first three months and over 380,000 to date—while completing 143 certification campaigns, improving compliance readiness, reducing manual work, and lowering cyber risk and costs for the Major US Clothing Retailer.
