FTI Consulting Strategic Communications, represented by Anna Powell, needed a more flexible, configurable scheduling solution to manage an intensive weekly scheduling process for about 200 UK staff. Their previous resource management tool was “clunky,” made routine updates difficult, and didn’t meet FTI’s customized requirements, so they evaluated alternatives and selected Saviom Software’s Saviom Resource Management.

Saviom Software delivered a visual, easy-to-configure resource and project view that simplified scheduling and gave resource managers clear visibility of current staffing and assignments. The new Saviom Resource Management system streamlined weekly roster preparation, made it faster to find and assign the right people across ~200 employees, and, according to Anna, is the best and easiest-to-operate resource planning tool she’s used.
