Savanta conducted an exploratory workshop to collaboratively define a resilience framework with the client, as no textbook definition existed. They then designed and distributed a comprehensive survey using their specialist B2B panel. The resulting data was used to create a public-facing report for Funding Circle's marketing. This report was successfully picked up by the press, generating headlines in multiple UK-based financial publications.
