Greene County Public Health Nursing Service, a New York public health clinic serving roughly 50,000 residents, needed a reliable way to must er employees, patients, and visitors during emergencies and to replace paper sign‑in sheets for hourly staff. The county selected Savance EIOBoard and deployed its Emergency Mustering, Staff Tracking, Time & Attendance (and later Visitor Management) solutions along with a touch‑screen kiosk, Outlook add‑on, and card reader/badges to meet both evacuation and timekeeping needs.
Savance EIOBoard implemented an integrated real‑time in/out system and kiosk workflow tied to Outlook and badge readers, enabling supervisors to verify timecards and giving staff a live roster and contact info for mustering. The result: 100% accurate evacuation accounting, improved scheduling and employee accountability, easier time and attendance verification, daily use across the clinic, and expansion to visitor management within six months.
