Soo Co-op Credit Union, a full-service credit union with seven branches in northern Michigan and approximately 70 employees, faced delays in serving customers because tellers frequently had to call or leave messages for loan officers and managers to get quick answers. Savance EIOBoard deployed a browser-based status board, an Outlook add-in, private instant messaging and text-notification features so staff can instantly see availability, chat or send texts instead of relying on phone calls and email. The result: faster communication, improved staff efficiency, reduced dependence on voicemail/email, and noticeably better customer service across all seven branches.
