BSI Designs, a Denver-based cafeteria equipment manufacturer with 120 employees, relied on hardcopy timecards for its 16 hourly workers, which made compiling hours, controlling overtime, and running payroll reports slow and error-prone. To address this, BSI engaged Savance EIOBoard and deployed its Time & Attendance electronic timesheet solution.

Savance EIOBoard implemented touch‑screen kiosks for clocking in plus the Time & Attendance system and added the Outlook Add-In, Telephone Integration (TAPI) and Private Instant Messaging. The automated timesheets eliminated data-entry errors, provided real-time employee statistics for supervisors, improved overtime control, and—per payroll manager Andrew Lee—saved a tremendous amount of time while increasing overall efficiency and payroll accuracy.
