Case Study: Women Who Code achieves higher QA confidence and faster releases with Sauce Labs

A Sauce Labs Case Study

Preview of the Women Who Code Case Study

Women who code Implements sauce labs and increases confidence in QA

Women Who Code is a global nonprofit (community of 160,000+) whose small engineering team maintains a web application for events, job boards and volunteer tools. The team struggled to keep up with a wide range of browsers, operating systems and devices—testing was limited to developers’ Macs, roughly 15 manual tests per deploy, and lacked Windows/Internet Explorer coverage—creating QA bottlenecks and risking inconsistent user experiences worldwide.

They adopted the Sauce Labs Continuous Testing Cloud, giving on‑demand access to 800+ browser/OS combinations and real‑time debugging. As a result they catch bugs earlier, lift quality out of the release bottleneck, increase confidence in QA, and are moving from twice‑weekly releases toward full continuous delivery.
