eHarmony, a leading online dating site with about 33 million members, prioritizes a flawless customer experience but faced growing delays as feature releases increased. Their in-house test grid couldn’t deliver the speed, coverage or control needed, so regression cycles stretched to three to four days—slowing releases and risking defects reaching customers.

By moving testing to Sauce Labs, eHarmony runs more than 1,000 automated tests daily across major browsers and mobile emulators, using parallel virtual machines and secure Sauce Connect access for internal apps.
