Leading Managed and Content Service Provider, a New York–area data warehousing, storage, and list management provider, needed to replace a rigid, file-based assembler process that depended on customized code and a few key developers. As business logic siloes grew, the company struggled to onboard new customers efficiently and support changing client requests at scale. Saturn Business Systems helped address these challenges with IBM PureData for Analytics and the Saturn IGNITE Framework.

Saturn Business Systems implemented a migration to IBM PureData for Analytics, introducing a more modular, open-standards architecture with in-database analytics and flexible data structures. The new platform reduced request-processing cycle times to just a few milliseconds, brought many portal-driven requests and results delivery to near real time, and enabled the customer to support new services more easily through SAS and R integration.
