Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. is a global asset management firm that had used SatuitCRM from Satuit Technologies since 2006, but after nearly ten years it needed its CRM usage to reflect changes in the business and internal team structure. With more than a dozen investment strategies, multiple client types, and several internal groups using the system, Epoch needed a better company-wide CRM approach.

Satuit Technologies worked with Epoch to reconfigure SatuitCRM, clean up duplicate and outdated data, and add new screens, reports, and workflows that were tested before rollout. The project gave Epoch a single data source for sales, client service, marketing, and management, reduced reliance on spreadsheets and repetitive data entry, and improved reporting on pipeline activity, product presentations, and sub-advisory sales channels.
