Carderock Capital Management, an independent registered investment management firm serving the Washington community for more than 30 years, was using separate legacy systems for CRM and client report packaging. The tools from two vendors were aging, not integrated, and made it difficult to manage contact details, communications, and reporting from a single place.

Carderock worked with Satuit Technologies to install SatuitCRM and SatuitCRA and migrate data from the old systems into the new ones. The five-month conversion was described as seamless, with users able to keep operating during the changeover, and the firm later said the data moved correctly into CRM; the new system went live in the second quarter of 2015.
