Calcap Adopts Satuitcrm And Investor Portal

California Capital Access Program, a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm founded in 2008, needed a more integrated way to manage investor relations, reporting, and compliance as its number of investors and projects grew. The firm wanted all deal, financial, transaction, and communication information in one easy-to-use system, along with an online portal for secure client reporting. It selected Satuit Technologies and its SatuitCRM and SatuitCRA products after reviewing several CRM options.

Satuit Technologies implemented SatuitCRM and SatuitCRA in the first quarter of 2016, giving CALCAP integrated CRM and investor portal functions with automated client notifications and 24/7 access to reports and key documents. Clients can now log in through CALCAP’s website to view quarterly and year-end reports, and CALCAP can publish documents to selected contacts or all contacts with greater control. The portal was also used to distribute offering documentation for its flagship income fund, and the firm said it planned to move 75% of clients to electronic access by year-end.
