Enhancing the Customer Experience at Miracle Mile Shops with Jules

Miracle Mile Shops, a retail and dining destination in Las Vegas, faced the challenge of serving millions of annual visitors without a physical guest services team, especially after reopening post-pandemic. They relied on their AI-powered virtual assistant, Jules, built by Satisfi Labs, to answer customer questions but needed to increase awareness of the tool and ensure it could handle the high volume of inbound queries in an engaging way.

Satisfi Labs implemented an auto-open feature to make the Jules assistant more discoverable and enriched its content with recommendations and a map integration for wayfinding. This solution led to a 279% increase in question volume, with the assistant successfully handling over 146,000 unique questions in nine months. A significant 65% of all interactions were for directory and mapping intents, dramatically improving the customer experience and allowing the digital guest service to operate effectively at scale.
