A SASR Workforce Solutions Case Study
Advance Auto Parts, a Fortune 500 automotive aftermarket retailer with more than 5,200 stores and 68,000 employees, needed flexible staffing support for inventory work, store remodels, new store openings, and later distribution center labor as supply chain pressures and demand spikes grew. SASR Workforce Solutions stepped in as a workforce partner to help Advance Auto Parts manage these evolving labor needs without the time and cost of local hiring.
SASR Workforce Solutions provided project managers, travel teams, and contingent warehouse labor to support store openings, remodels, merchandising, and distribution center operations nationwide. The results included support for 28 unique stores/remodels, 141 unique reps, staffing projects in 7–10 days, and two additional projects already lined up for 2022, with more programs planned for fixture bundling and go-backs.
