Case Study: Creditreform achieves faster, companywide access to corporate register insights with SAS Enterprise Content Categorization

A SAS Case Study

Preview of the Creditreform Case Study

SAS® Enterprise Content Categorization identifies, extracts context-sensitive data

Creditreform, Germany’s leading provider of business information and debt-collection services, needed a simpler way to handle complex, unstructured content in its commercial registers. The company’s data included difficult cases such as relocations, mergers, de-mergers, and insolvency proceedings that conventional analytics could not easily process. SAS helped address this challenge with SAS® Enterprise Content Categorization.

SAS implemented advanced text analytics to identify and extract context-sensitive information from ambiguous text and link it to existing data. As a result, Creditreform could streamline and customize corporate registers for companywide access, with more than 800 analysts and employees across 130 locations benefiting from faster access to usable information.
