CIGNA implemented SAS Analytics for data mining and predictive modeling, integrating processes with partners that also use SAS to refine targeting and contact guidelines. The result: CIGNA broke even in the first month and helped a leading retail hypermarket partner generate an additional 20 million baht (about US$600,000) in revenue within three months.
