Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV) is an Italian ferry operator with 10 ships running routes across the Mediterranean and a database of 2.8 million customers. Facing a more volatile market, falling ticket prices and margin pressure after the downturn, GNV needed to optimize fleet deployment, redefine customer relationships and personalize offers across direct and indirect channels to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
