CBE Group, a national leader in accounts-receivable management, struggled with daily high-volume, disparate and often unformatted client data that made reformatting and analysis cumbersome. The company needed smarter ways to unify and mine that data to improve collection efficiency, agent performance and overall profitability while protecting client reputations.
The Analytics Solutions Group implemented SAS Analytics Pro, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Visual Data Discovery and JMP to aggregate and transform incoming inventory, build predictive models, run a Model Distribution Program to monitor variable shifts, and create dashboards and agent-performance metrics. The changes cut data-prep time, freed analysts to do deeper exploration, enabled better-targeted account prioritization for higher recovery at lower cost, and made it easy to monitor and adjust models to sustain results.
