Chantecler, a 60‑year‑old luxury jeweler now based in Milan with 45 employees, €20M in annual sales and distribution through 120 multibrand stores and four boutiques, faced growing operational complexity as its business scaled. Fluctuating raw material prices and currency rates, large volumes of disparate data and the need for faster, standardized reporting and accurate sales forecasts made it difficult to generate timely, actionable business analyses.

To address this, Chantecler implemented SAS Business Analytics in a phased rollout to consolidate data, create dashboards and standardize views across sales, finance, marketing, HR, production and logistics.
