Real Contact wanted concierge sales tools that would keep buyer and seller leads nurtured and connected to a real person when a sales rep was unavailable.

Saritasa built the Real Contact platform as a web and iOS solution, integrating Twilio and Pusher to enable SMS and live communication through a shared number. The system automatically routed new leads to the concierge with the fastest average response time and re-cycled leads if no reply came within a minute, helping improve responsiveness and appointment-setting. Real Contact reported achieving its exit strategy within 1.5 years, which the customer described as a huge success.
