OpenHouseDay, a California real estate platform founded in 2015, partnered with Saritasa to build a better way to connect home buyers, sellers, and realtors around open house listings. Their challenge was to create a residential real estate web app that could surface real-time open houses from CRMLS and help users plan visits more efficiently.

Saritasa custom built the OpenHouseDay web app in PHP with integrations for SimplyRETs, MLS, IDX Broker, Google Maps, and zip code-based local agent recommendations. The platform supports multiple user types, detailed property and school information, and day-planning tools for buyers, while helping sellers and agents gain exposure and track motivated attendees. While no specific numerical results were provided, the client noted strong communication and fast weekend support from Saritasa.
