iHeartMedia partnered with Saritasa to create a virtual reality earthquake experience for Wango Tango, a major music festival in Southern California. The goal was to build an immersive training simulation that raised awareness and educated attendees about earthquake preparedness, all within an extremely tight three-week timeline using technologies like Unity and Steam VR for the HTC Vive.

Saritasa delivered the experience from concept to launch, using pre-existing Unity assets to accelerate development and crafting interactive elements such as falling objects, a 7-point preparedness checklist, and a crawl-under-table survival mechanic. The VR activation successfully engaged hundreds of attendees at Wango Tango, and Saritasa also provided onsite setup, troubleshooting, and event support to ensure smooth operation.
