Sapiens implemented UnderwritingPro in an eight‑month rollout (launched September 2011), integrating imaging, engine rules, workflow, automated mail matching, lab auto‑review and team‑based case distribution. The Sapiens solution now handles over 65,000 new lives per year, supports about 160 users, achieves >70% mail match‑auto and 61% lab auto‑review, and has driven faster turnaround, higher productivity, increased sales and reduced headcount attrition.
