Zero Motorcycles, a global electric motorcycle manufacturer, was struggling to support rapid growth with outdated, fragmented on-premises systems. Orders were not fulfilled on time, inventory records were inaccurate, planning relied heavily on Excel and manual adjustments, and customer satisfaction was declining. SAP helped Zero Motorcycles address these challenges with a digital transformation built around SAP S/4HANA and related cloud solutions.

SAP implemented a cloud-based, integrated manufacturing and planning landscape using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP IBP, SAP Ariba, SAP PLM, and SAP Analytics Cloud, with SAP Business Technology Platform connecting the environment. The result was a consolidation from 4 systems to 1 system of record, real-time inventory visibility, faster planning from days to hours, and improved supplier and customer collaboration. Zero Motorcycles also reported 280 end users and about 50,000 goods-movement transactions per month on the live solution.
