Zelestra, a Spain-based global renewable energy company, needed a new e-invoicing and e-reporting system to comply with updated Basque tax authority requirements while also supporting its broader ERP transformation. It turned to SAP, using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Integration Suite, to create an integrated e-document management solution with minimal business disruption.

SAP and Avvale implemented a cloud-based solution that connected sales transactions directly with Basque tax authority systems, enabling automatic e-invoice integration and real-time reporting. The project was delivered on time, with zero business interference, and the resulting e-document solution was designed to be reusable for other companies across the region.
