WebBeds Unifying Global Operations and Processes on a Single, Cloud-Based ERP System

WebBeds, a global travel marketplace and one of the largest bed banks, had grown through expansion and acquisitions, leaving it with multiple legacy brands, booking platforms, back-office systems, and inconsistent ERP processes across more than 120 countries. To unify its operations and standardize how it worked with partners, WebBeds turned to SAP for a single, integrated ERP foundation, using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP Business Technology Platform, and SAP Enterprise Support.

SAP implemented a modern, cloud-based ERP system that consolidated finance and centralized key processes, improved credit and collections management, strengthened group-level visibility, and enabled reliable reporting. The solution also integrated the full booking lifecycle on one ERP system, including transactions from two major B2B booking platforms, with 500,000 bookings per month now handled on a single system across six regions.
