A SAP Case Study
Waberer's International, a major logistics and transportation company, faced challenges with its outdated Oracle ERP system. The non-standard, inefficient system lacked transparency and was difficult to manage across its many subsidiaries. To consolidate its finance and logistics processes, the company turned to vendor SAP and implemented the SAP S/4HANA solution.
Working with SAP, Waberer's deployed an integrated solution that streamlined its financial operations. The implementation delivered significant results, including a 60% reduction in month-end closing time and cutting the average approval time for intercompany settlements from six days to under one. SAP's solution also improved data quality, increased transparency, and replaced five external tools with one unified system.
