A SAP Case Study
Forvia Hella, a global automotive supplier with operations in more than 125 locations, needed to modernize a complex and partly outdated IT landscape by replacing legacy ERP systems and creating one standardized global template. The company launched this effort in its aftermarket business, with a focus on implementing SAP S/4HANA across 11 sales companies and laying the groundwork for future rollouts.
SAP supported the project with SAP ActiveAttention services and SAP Services and Support, including feasibility checks, functional reviews, go-live support, and a detailed service plan aligned with HELLA’s program. As a result, Forvia Hella cleaned up data, reduced the data footprint through selective migration, and achieved a successful go-live using one global template, strengthening knowledge sharing and setting up a scalable foundation for future worldwide harmonization.
