SAP helped Usiminas with personalized expert sessions, best-practice advice, Identity Authentication support, and a role-based permission target check service to optimize the setup and user experience. As a result, Usiminas identified more than 30 new functionalities for activation, improved governance and IT alignment, prepared for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and resolved 99.9% of issues through the permission service.
