SAP was the vendor behind the solution, using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a nine-month big-bang rollout and integrated it with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, Succession & Development, and Performance & Goals. The result was one global system of record that replaced 200 HR systems, gave Gestamp’s entire workforce access to consistent data, and improved reporting, compliance, payroll automation, and workforce planning across 21 countries.
