A SAP Case Study
Sealed Air Corporation needed to modernize and standardize employee onboarding across its global organization, migrating several countries to the latest version of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding while also rolling it out for the first time in others. The goal was to reduce manual work and create a consistent HR process across 48 countries and 21 languages.
SAP, working with Exaserv Inc., an HR Path company, implemented SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding in a big-bang rollout and trained HR teams on the new platform. The new solution delivered faster hiring through step-by-step wizards, dashboards, and electronic forms, and streamlined onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding. SAP helped Sealed Air deploy a system with 146 forms and documents and 151 business rules, enabling a standardized global footprint and more efficient processes across the enterprise.
