Unify – revolutionizing the enterprise with innovation and collaboration

Imperial Brands, a global consumer goods and tobacco company, needed to simplify and modernize an outdated technology and data landscape that was slowing agility and growth. SAP was selected to help replace a fragmented ERP ecosystem of more than 60 legacy systems with a unified platform, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.

SAP implemented the Unify program using a standard global SAP core template across selected markets and factories, supported by SAP Fiori, SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP services. The rollout in the UK & Ireland went live on 1 October 2024 for 550 end users, delivering a more connected enterprise, harmonized processes, better data governance, and a single source of truth that improved end-to-end insights into customer and brand profitability.
