Turbocharging a divestiture and resolving data fragmentation challenges with advanced ERP in the cloud

Accelleron needed to complete a carve-out from its parent company while fixing fragmented data and replacing a patchwork of 21 ERP systems across 40 countries. To support this transformation, Accelleron chose SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition as its foundation, working with SAP and partners to create a unified global process model.

SAP implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Integration Suite to connect cloud and on-premise systems, standardize processes, and establish one source of data truth. As a result, Accelleron completed the rollout in just 22 months, improved operations for more than 100 service stations, reduced IT complexity, and gained faster access to accurate information across the organization.
