Banco Galicia, one of Argentina’s leading private banks, needed to modernize its HR and payroll processes because disconnected systems and manual workflows were causing errors, slow reporting, and compliance risks. SAP implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, along with SAP Business Technology Platform, to automate payroll, improve data integration, and streamline HR tasks. The results were significant: report generation time dropped from over an hour to minutes or even under a minute, payroll accuracy improved, and automated workflows reduced administrative effort for overtime, reimbursements, and leave requests.
