Haleon, a global consumer healthcare company, needed a better way to manage operational transfer pricing and monitor effective tax rate throughout the year. Before the project, its SAP-based OTP process was highly manual, took months to run, and made it difficult to produce timely reporting and a strong audit trail.

SAP implemented SAP Profitability and Performance Management Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud to automate and integrate Haleon’s transfer pricing processes across 90 entities. The new solution cut the full cycle to under two hours, improved performance on data volumes above 800 million transactions, reduced manual reconciliation time by 90%, and enabled more than 300 users to generate reports and drill down to detailed insights.
