SAP implemented a solution combining SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP BTP customizations to automate ship-date calculations, route and carrier selection, and on-demand label printing. The results included a 20% reduction in sales order processing time, ship-date accuracy improving from 20% to 95%, 200x higher label-printing volume, and 20+ hours per week returned to warehouse supervisors.
