A SAP Case Study
Teva, the global pharmaceutical company, faced a highly complex IT and business process landscape after years of mergers and acquisitions across 60 markets. As it worked to unify operations and move from multiple SAP ERP instances to SAP S/4HANA, Teva needed a simple, collaborative way to standardize processes, improve governance, and create a clear view of performance using SAP Signavio solutions from SAP.
SAP implemented SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, Process Intelligence, and Process Manager to give Teva a single source of truth for business process management. The pilot, launched in procurement, enabled end-to-end process modeling, process mining, and scenario simulation across all systems and business areas, resulting in 41 end-to-end business scenarios and 169 core business processes modeled, while improving transparency, collaboration, and identifying opportunities for faster, more efficient work.
