Tata CLiQ: Transforming the Digital Marketplace with SAP Solutions for Improved Customer Satisfaction

Tata CLiQ, part of the Tata Group, sought to build an omnichannel marketplace that seamlessly integrated online and brick-and-mortar retail. Their challenge was to provide customers with real-time product visibility and a variety of secure delivery and payment options, including cash on delivery. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor SAP and implemented the SAP® Hybris® Commerce solution, along with other SAP Hybris products for order management and product content.

The solution implemented by SAP, with Tata Consultancy Services as the systems integrator, enabled e-commerce to become the primary order-taking mechanism while using physical stores for fulfillment. This provided customers with a much larger collection of brands and convenient delivery options. As a result, SAP helped Tata CLiQ achieve a transformed digital marketplace that delivers a multitude of high-quality products, ease of mind, and overall delight for its customers.
