Szerencsejáték Zrt., Hungary’s state-owned national lottery operator, was looking to advance its digital transformation by improving HR and payroll processes. The company wanted to reduce manual payroll calculations, eliminate duplicated data across systems, and replace paper-based leave requests with a better employee experience, using SAP solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
SAP, together with implementation partners, integrated SAP Payroll Processing with cloud-based HR tools and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central using SAP Integration Suite and SAP Services and Support. The result was automated payroll processing, faster and more accurate employee payments, self-service access for pay slips and leave requests, and the elimination of 100% of manual payroll calculations, with 24x7 self-service availability for employees and managers.
