Henkel, a major consumer goods company, sought to strengthen customer loyalty and drive growth for its Adhesive Technologies business unit through a digital transformation of its sales process. This enabled detailed customer analysis, better planning of sales visits, and the ability to check promotion effectiveness in-store.
