CENIBRA, a major Brazilian pulp producer, was relying on manual processes for critical work across areas like finance, supply chain, HR, and maintenance, which led to delays and inefficiencies. The company looked to SAP Build Process Automation and SAP S/4HANA to automate high-volume repetitive tasks and improve operations.
SAP implemented automation across six key business processes, integrating with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems. As a result, CENIBRA automated 11 bot processes and 300 monthly manual-activity hours, cut maintenance order creation time from seven hours to immediate, improved order accuracy and inspection quality, and increased operational efficiency so employees could focus on more strategic work.
